I need to develop an app where the user has the ability to navigate through an index of topics and sub-topics, view text and search through the text of the app. Also, include a template were given certain inputs the app calculates simple formulas. I am looking for someone who can also make the graphic nice based on my directions. The app should be build in a flexible way, to support English and Italian languages
