Club Expense Tracking App

We have designed a simple app to allow Country Club and Golf Club members to track their daily expenses that are automatically billed to their account while at the club. They can then create a PDF and email their reports so they can check them against their club's monthly bill. The app can time stamp when you arrive and depart the club so you can know if your we're billed for things when you are not there. The app will contain a fully editable library that can be used to enter items club members would like to track. There will be five main item categories and two possible sub categories to sort items. There are in app upgrades that can allow the user to auto-log arrival and departure using GPS, and a social feature that lets you request tee times at other clubs in exchange for a tee time at yours. ( Called Club-Club in Country Club language). We have built a clickable PDF to show functionality and screen flow. We will provide all graphics. Notes on attached clickable PDF; You may need to zoom to just get one full screen shot on the screen. Everyhting on the home screen is clickable and then only the first item in each category. The bottom menu should always work. This is a functinal design and does not represent the final colors, animations , or graphics of the final product.
