Adaptive Mobile Optimised Website Site Creation from Current Website

Hello, I would like a mobile optimized version of my wordpress website (ie hosted on my domain not elsewhere) that is adaptive (shuffles/changes itself to the mobile device ie: ipad to big mobile, to small mobile ect) The mobile version must be optimised so it appears neat, easy to use and is seo and google friendly (based on google's current mobile algorithims). I do not want my mobile website to be hosted by someone else. It must be on my domain so that the viewer is using my website, domain and server not another provider. I want viewers to click my phone number on the mobile site and then phone number goes to their dial out screen so they can call the number immediatly. I would like google analytics goal to read the contact forms received from my mobile site. I would also like a few things done on my desktop wordpress website: I would also like an image from the side bar of my desktop website removed. And I would like an 6 layered psd file edited and uploaded to a page and then a link added to this image. Re: Applicants Requirements I would like applicants who have experience in mobile site conversions and applicants who can show me evidence of the mobile adaptive and mobile optimised websites that they personally have completed. These websites must be functioning well and be visible to me from my mobile. I would like applicants with web development and up to date knowledge of google's current mobile site algorithm's.
