Write an Android application for Phone Directory Management

I need an android application for a Directory Management system. The product must have best in class UI. My choice of UI is [login to view URL] The basic purpose of the software is to Show contacts of an organization, which you will be getting in JSON format. The format of JSON will be attached. As we click on any of these, we must be presented with options under "subtags". The subtags are arranged in order, which means, To find "Kumar Ravi" we must have to select "Delhi then Chemistry (from a list of options under Delhi from subtag) then we have to select "Lab" and then "Trainee". Please note that as soon as we select DELHI, all the unique 1st subtag must be the next set of options to select. Also, as we are doing so, we must have an option of finding the people from by their names. Also, at every point of selections, we must get the set of matching names of people.
