Survey App for Android

Please read description carefully before bidding. Incorrect bids will be ignored. We are working on a small community app and require a freelancer to work with us on Android app. App will contain 16 screens. We will be providing the service methods with a highly detailed documentation. #User Interface Design A set of user interface components will be delivered at the start of the project but a separate design for each screen will not be provided. We expect you to use main Photoshop files to design each screen. #Project Duration There's no hurry. We do not intend to overwhelm you with time pressure. Our schedule for this project is 2 months. #Project Budget There is a fixed budget, which will be supported with bonus payments. Bonus payments are dependent on particular goals, which are defined clearly. There will be 5 milestone payments and all milestone payments will be released upon project closure, after you deliver the all project outputs (source code, images, documentation,e .g.). - Fixed Budget: USD 250 Will be paid upon project closure. - User interface design for each screen completed in 7 days: + USD 50 Will be paid if you complete the user interface design for every screen in 7 days. - Milestone 1 Completed without delay: + USD 100 Will be paid if you complete Milestone 1 without any delay. - Milestone 2 Completed without delay: + USD 100 Will be paid if you complete Milestone 2 without any delay. - Number of total bugs and change requests < 100 : + USD 100 Will be paid if the number of total bugs and change requests we create is below 100. - Overall Performance Bonus: + USD 50 ~ + USD 150 Amount will be determined based on your development performance, communication, deliveries, schedule, code quality and design quality. Amount will be at between USD 50 to USD 150. #General Requirements 1. All texts must be localizable. Do not use images to display texts. Use labels or other editable components. 2. Android app should work on every Android device that uses OS version Android 4.0 or higher. Screen designs must support different resolutions. (Android Tablets will not be supported with this version. Users can install Android Phone version to their Android tablets (if possible).) Detailed analysis document will be provided to winning bidder. Your bid must be USD 250 to be taken into account.
