Simple and cheap Android app

The app should satisfy the following: - be publishable on Google play - be able to show google adds - be optimized for all Androide resolutions/versions (from smaller screens to tablets, from GB to JB and onwards) - contain local database, a few text pages and some other info (pictures, 2-3 short videos or youtube links, etc.). The local database data would for start be selectable through 3-4 drop-down menus and 2-3 radio-boxes... then, when all data is selected, show a few text strings and maybe one small picture. also displaying adds, and in the future payed No-Add version - Local DB updateable from my side via Google play app updates - Have a "contact publisher" page for sending me info about maybe wrong info in the app - be a Native Android coded app, not HTML5 or similar - have a donate page which connects to a paypal site or starts paypal app if installed Any other info you require i can give through PM.
