Hi, I have gone to your project description. we can achieve the functionality using google cloud messaging gcm. This is how it will work: 1. User will install application on his device. 2. we will get idaddy ique registration identity and will save that number on our server. 3. You will upload images and text on application server using nice interface. 4. you will click on publish button on server. 5. A script on server will get the image and text, get registration Id number of all users in our database and will send request to gcm to notify registered users. That notification will be string and user will be redirected to application and our application will show that particular image and text. please let me know if I am wrong any where.
