A mobile app with a simple referral system

I need a mobile web/app to do referral/recruitment program. My referral/recruitment works like this: Each existing member only needs to refer/recruit 6 new members to join us. Once all 6 spots are filled and activated, his referral/recruitment is consider complete and it ends there. We reward him for his contribution to help us build more members with a small token of appreciation. His ID will be deleted from the system. Should he desires to to refer/recruit more, he has to register again with us. After registered himself as a new member, he starts the above process all over again. in short: existing member A = (Alex) Alex needs to register 6 new members under his ID to complete his cycle and gets his rewards. When he completes registering all 6 spots, he will be rewarded by us for helping to refer/recruit new members. His ID will be deleted from the system. If he wants to continue to refer/recruit more members, he needs to register himself again into the system. I need you need to help me write an app which has a simple referral/recruitment system in it. in the app, it must be able to : -auto create/generate ID -verify ID -tracking of current placement system -auto fill(register) the spots(6) - via request from ID owner and after confirmed by successful payment received. -ID will be deleted from system after completed the referral process- prompt by system for manual intervention to delete. -check/update details. -personal files are kept for re-registration-simplify the process I'm promoting a membership program and now gives our existing members a system to refer/recruit new members. the simple flow is such: -download app -open app -asked for referral ID -MUST -selection of menu: ie -register new member - -fill in the details -make payments via on-line payment gateway(debit,credit others) or e- wallet etc -system must verify payment -upon confirmation payment received -System generate/create a new member ID -new member can now refer other new member. -check current status -check expiry of referral .
