Minor adjustments to .apk file or create new .apk file from responsive website

I need to develop an android app based on my responsive website (I can publish on my own to the play store). I generated an apk file on [login to view URL] but the app lacks key features that are functional when viewing the website on a mobile device. The app needs to be able to use the users GPS on their phone to auto populate location details in the location field on my site. All phone numbers listed on the site need to be linked to a phones dialer application, addresses need to be clickable to map/navigation related apps, e-mail addresses need to be clickable and linked to a phones email apps, etc. The app must function exactly like the website does on a mobile device. The website is optimized for mobile viewing. You can either modify the existing .apk I have previously generated, or simply create a new .apk file based on my responsive website. This project should be very minimal in effort as the site is already mobile ready and should be an easy port to an apk file.
