Hi sir, Hope you are in good health I have 2 years of web and android development. you must be shocked after seeing the bid amount actually i want to deliver a message that why i do this. I worked on SIP, GSM Call forwarding and Call recording on android, as you know android OS and its hardware is underdevelopent so most of the device not offer CALL RECORDING as this is handled by the low level driver call audio flinger, so dont waste your time and mony on this kind of project. Some of the cell phone allow recording linke samsung korean set, due to the bios hack, and some use speaker for call recording.
