10 years server/networking experience – familiar with Internet service providers like Xfinity, Verizon and RCN helpful Microsoft Certified Engineer – Windows Server and Exchange Office certification helpful Office 365 administration – experience with cloud to client configuration – not web portal usage (helpful, but not how we work) Outlook current Office 365 version – MSO (16.0.13628.20318) 64-bit Specifically helpful experience – Outlook calendar support for Executive Admin maintaining several calendars with much inter-org scheduling needs Current state issue: User receives errors in Outlook when utilizing calendar function, specifically trying to view multiple calendars simultaneously to coordinate meeting timing with participants Errors include: “Out of memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and try again.” And “Could not read the calendar. The operation cannot be performed because the object has been deleted” This has been an on-going issue for quite some time now and laptop replacements and profile rebuilds have not remedied the situation.
