For more details, please refer to the following link: [login to view URL] Business Scenario Description: In our business scenario, a customer service representative engages with a customer through the Chat channel. During their conversation, there is a need to transition to a video and voice call with screen sharing capabilities. Here's how the process unfolds: 1. The customer service representative initiates the transition by clicking a button in the Dynamics 365 omnichannel communication panel. 2. This action opens an App Tab Template, enabling the representative to select the desired mode of communication: - Video/Voice call only - Video and Voice call - Video call, voice, and screen sharing 3. After making the selection, the representative proceeds to the next screen and receives a unique link. This link is then shared with the customer via the chat channel. 4. The customer and representative can now engage in the desired interaction, which may involve screen sharing. Main Requirements: To achieve this functionality, our solution must meet the following key requirements: - The solution must be built upon the Dynamics 365 omnichannel platform, utilizing the "Enable third-party co-browse and screen sharing" capabilities as detailed in the Microsoft Learn documentation: [login to view URL] - It should exclusively utilize Azure resources, with a preference for communication based on Azure Communication Services (ACS), utilizing Azure Communication APIs. [login to view URL] - The final product should include both managed and unmanaged solutions. - A user-friendly settings application should be integrated, allowing administrators to configure the ACS connection within Dynamics 365. - An additional feature would be the ability for the representative to draw on the screen in real-time during screen sharing. - Furthermore, the solution should offer the option to record conversations, with the system administrator having the flexibility to choose whether to store the recordings in Azure Blob storage or within Dynamics 365 as notes.
