Programming of mt4 expert advisor

I have a simple forex system based on two indicators (moving averages + cci) that needs programming into an EA. Essentially it is a breakout system. Apart from the actual strategy other parameters need implementing: *Magic Number: Invisible to brokers *Money Management: Percentage of account per trade willing to risk. i.e. 2% *Max Lots *Timer activation: for example, the EA trades only between a certain time of day, e.g. 8am-11am, 1pm-4pm *Take Profit 1 (TP1): in pips (half position close) *TP1 Stop Loss: in pips *TP1 Trailing Stop: in pips *Take Profit 2 (TP2): (full position close but TP1 + S/L + T/S still active) *TP1 Stop Loss: in pips *TP1 Trailing Stop: in pips Experience in developing EAs for mt4 is essential. Preferably a trader also to spot possible flaws or suggest amendments, but not a necessity. Only the best programmers wanted. If all goes well, I have another EA that also needs programming plus a possible indicator.
