Engineering for High tech hand heald water spray

I would like to do Engineering for a hightec product. The product is my second patent, it is strictly an innovative small Bidet hand shower (not similar to any one of the market). The new design resolves issues with the current conventional bidet, it involves controlled pressure, adjustable water patterns, nozzle, and electronics with rechargeable batteries for instant water heating. The initial concept description as follows: Material selection: plastics and/or silicon, ABS, PP, PA PC or better material you might chose. Size: Approximately ½” in diameter with tapered geometry and ~ 20 to 25 CM length. The product has three connecting parts either by standard screw or quick connection Snap-On. Mechanical: Self-closing Valve with pressure control type maximum ½” size. The product has an optional filter/s cartridge/s for multiple hygiene and medical uses. Instant water heating probably by using heat tracing tape or coil. From cold water to final temperature is 36 C I have done the conceptual design and am looking for an honorable specialty, maybe mechanical/electrical/mechatronics/industrial engineering to finalize the engineering calculations and drawings, to make ready for next steps.
