Hello potential captain! I have the skills required to complete this project, in fact I have already scribbled down the answer on a scrap of paper. If you would like me to write up the solution in a eloquent and concise manner, then I can do so for a small fee. I will follow the template that you have provided and explain step by step my thought process. I can provide you with a Word document or PDF of the solution as requested and I will do so in as short a time as possible. I look forward to working with you. All the best, Rob

Hello, I am a graduate from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology,Madras and am very comfortable with the level of mathematics used in the problem. I have worked on a project here in freelancer.com which required solving algebra problems where I received excellent feedback. I cleared Joint Entrance Exam in 2007 which is one of the toughest entrance exams in India and requires very good command over the level of math required for the problem. Do consider me for the project. If you wish you can discuss with me before you hire me for the project. Looking forward to hearing from you. Dushyant Barot

Hello there, With my academic background in Mathematics from a renowned foreign university (that I can name, if you want), this is task I am well placed to handle. By the way, the question reads C = 4*(d^[-1/3])*b, while the accompanying graph reads: C = 54*(d^[-1/3])*b. Isn't this a contradiction? Which equation should be used for the capsize screening value? Cheers, Ami Ostad
