I have many years experience in working in FMCG in product development, consumer research, design and Marketing. Whilst working as a brand manager in Marketing, I gained experience on writing marketing concepts, back of pack copy, website copy and developing advertising campaigns.
My experience in product development and design brings a natural empathy for product and consumer; I know when something is right or wrong for the brand/consumer and why/why not. I have trained in consumer research techniques and I have a natural empathy for what consumers need. I have a firm grasp of how to communicate consumer benefits, attributes and reasons to believe in a product coupled with strong writing skills. I know how to construct a product story that works for the intended audience.
