Hello, do decide to get a training in management and leadership skills is always a good decision. Normally when I train people I use the following steps: 1. clarification of the goals 2. assessment of the current skills of the trainee 3. sketch a training plan 4. provide the information for each step mentioned in the training plan 5. rehearsal of the information and provide feedback 6. repeating step 4 and 5 until the training plan is complet 7. mentoring if requested In your case and with this tight budget I suggest we will just use the steps 1, 2 and 4.
