Update + Migrate data from Magento 1.8x to Magento 2.1x -- 2

Can you show me your website? Is it using a ready made theme or a custom theme from PSD? Because migrate to Magento2 will just keep data, whole template and modules need to be re-installed if they are available for Magento2 and all customization need to be rewrite. I suggest to setup a dedicated developer to handle this for you until it is ready.
