We need help addressing the following issues with our Magento 2 store:
1- Prior to making any changes to the live website, we request that you create a staging/development website on our server to prevent any downtime on the live site. After testing on the development site, the changes can be transferred to the live site.
2- The Magento 2 Marketplace Braintree Payment Gateway (Webkul) has already been installed, but some of its features, such as Escrow/hold and release functions, are not working. Additionally, merchant account/details are not being transferred to the Braintree website after user registration. Customers' payment details, such as names and card details working. We need these issues to be resolved.

3- The Magento 2 Cash On Delivery Marketplace Add-on (Webkul) has also been installed, but it is not functioning properly. We need this issue to be resolved. Here's the link to the extension: [login to view URL]
4- There is a glitch with the user registration form. If an incorrect password is entered and the form is submitted, the "create an account" button becomes disabled. To activate the button, the registration form must be filled out again. For more details, please refer to this link: [login to view URL]
5 -We require Magento 2 updates such as /new releases and security patches apply on our websites. We also need indexing update. Its show indexing requires message, but it does not work.
Note:
We have been advised that the Braintree Payment Gateway and Cash on Delivery scripts may not be compatible with virtual products, which are what our store sells. Additionally, we were informed that the user registration form issue may be resolved when we apply new updates/releases, but we can’t confirm that.
Our store is currently using Magento ver. 2.4.1 (community).

-- Yes, I will make a subdomain first of live site and do fixes over there.
2- The Magento 2 Marketplace Braintree Payment Gateway (Webkul) has already been installed, but some of its features, such as Escrow/hold and release functions, are not working.
-- I understand the issue of Braintree and will fix it, will make sure that its working properly.
3- The Magento 2 Cash On Delivery Marketplace Add-on (Webkul) is not functioning properly.
-- Will check and fix it.
4- There is a glitch with the user registration form.
-- Got the issue, I will fix it.
5 -We require Magento 2 updates such as /new releases and security patches apply on our websites. We also need indexing update.
-- I will update the indexing but for Magento 2 upgrade it will be seperate task as its time taking and it will take 5 days seperately.
Note: The all issues will be fixed without an upgrade latest Magento 2.
Note: Magento upgrade automaticallly all security patches according to the current version.

Magento 2 Store needs key features from Braintree Payment Gateway, Cash on Delivery, and User Registration Form to be addressed. We have already installed the Braintree Payment Gateway (Webkul) extension on our Magento 2 store, but with some issues that need to be resolved, such as Escrow/hold and release functions not working, merchant account/details not being transferred over to the Braintree website after user registration. Additionally, customer's payment details are not working properly. We need these issues to be resolved so that we can operate our store smoothly.
We require that you create a staging/development website on our server before making any changes to the live site so that there won't be any downtime on the live site. After testing on the development site, the changes can be transferred to the live site without causing any problems.
