Magento 2.1x Error When Trying To Open Migrated Sales Orders

I need this project completed in the next few hours. When I try to open migrated sales orders from Magento 1.9x I get this error (screenshot attached) error. The error doesn't show when I open orders that were placed in Magento 2.1x. When I check the logs this error seems like this may be the culprit: [2017-02-09 00:28:33] [login to view URL]: exception 'Magento\Framework\Exception\LocalizedException' with message 'ObjectDOMDocument should be created.' in /chroot/XXXX/XXX/[login to view URL]:408 YOUR TASK: Find the error that is stopping orders from opening in backend and notify me of any files to be changed or removed before doing so.
