Logo Creation

I need a unique, creative, fun, yet professional logo designed. I am very well versed in graphic and web design/development, but I am not an artist. So I'm looking for a creative and talented graphic artist to create my logo in VECTOR format with transparent background. I'm pretty much set on the font's and colors I have chosen, but I'm still open to your suggestions and creativity. The main thing I'm looking for though, is my own "icon" to match with the logo. Something creative and unique that somehow depicts creative web design. Maybe a mouse morphing into a paintbrush or a cool looking globe of some sort... I don't know this is where I need your help and creativity. I've never worked with a logo designer before as I do most of my own work so I'm not sure how you will come to a final logo that I am in LOVE with... in other words, how many revisions do I get? Will you provide several variations of the logo? I guess my question is, How will you ensure that I get the perfect logo that I'm completely satisfied with? Sorry, I don't mean to sound so critical or pessimistic, but I just want to make sure you will be there until we create the perfect logo. Remember, the logo must be: - In vector format so it can be resized to ANY size without losing quality - Your own creation. Unique and NOT clipart. - Capable of being on any background color. (Transparent Background) I've provided the 2 fonts used in my concept and the logo I created.
