Setup Nethserver for work

I am in the middle of trying to transfer my company's mail and file servers from an old server with Clearos7 to a new one with Nethserver (centos) installed. I do not have a lot of time to tinker with it, so I am looking for a freelancer to come in and set everything up so that the transition is smooth and error free. Ideally looking for someone to sync the files between the two servers, so that the files are transferred via rsync or whatever is quickest. I already have Neth set up and most of the software installed, just need someone to go in and modify the settings for the mail and network so that it works. I will also need to transition the firewall (watchguard) rules so that the mail gets to the server as well as sent out. My network knowledge is enough to maintain the server, so I need someone that is very savvy.
