Pthyon Code to do a json post of a .txt file that is converted is compressed first using Zlib

Simple project, I am just not familiar with python. I've copied the json post from the phone API and can provide the sample data. The file needs to be compressed first using Zlib before posting. I need the code to have a command line option to pass the text file for the post.
