Linux Configuration

I want somebody to setup Tomcat on my linux (Red Hat) machine with one of my domain name. I don't know much about linux so the person should be able to work remotely and perform the installation/configuration for me. My linux is behind the router and I will do the port forwarding on port 80. Optimization for speed is important. Please do not bid if you don't know what you are doing. This should not take time for the right person. I will pay once the tomcat is up and running and visible from outside.
