Hello, I have gone through the requirement and understand that the server is in recovery mode. The server is not responding to ping request. Generally, the server may not boot due to follow reason. 1. Faulty harddisk. In this case, godaddy has to replace the harddisk. In this case, if RAID is configured then we may recover the data. If there is no RAID then there will be data loss. 2. Faulty RAM. In this case, RAM needs to be replaced. 3. Corrupted kernel. We may change the kernel to previous version and try to boot the server. 4. Read only filesystem. We may need to run fsck on the disk partition to recover the file system We will be available between 9:00 AM IST to 11:00 PM IST.
