What phone-line type you are using? Is it land-line or another line type? And what features you need activate within the Vicidial installation? Voice, fax, video, etc? Do you need the web interface activated also? let me know as it may be a quick installation process once you could give me a SSH access to your server.

Hi - I have extensive experience with both Asterisk and Vicidial. I have installed and configured both vicidial and vicibox with a number of different voip/sip termination providers. I can also help with any custom programming for agent screens through the web interface. Additionally I can help with securing your installation including firewall configuration.
