Do follow comments from pages with PR value 2-5 (20 comments from PR2 pages, 20 from PR3, 20 from PR4, 20 from PR5). Pages comments show on should be cached by Google within 30 days prior.
PR should be on the actual comment page and only 2 comments max. per domain. Would like them delivered within a week. Not too fussed on blog themes, but please keep away from anything illegal, gambling, pharacutical related.
Link text and urls will be split between max. 8 urls and to 8 keyphrases.
