Events are coming to a webservice. The webservice spawns a thread for each request that comes in. There are let's say 20 different APIs that the webservice supports. Each of them has a different time of completion, t1...t20. I need some help in creating clarity about dispatch rate of threads - lets say there are 100 events coming to a service in a timespan of 10 minutes and currently only 20 have completed and 80 are still in progress. Dispatch rate = 80/100I want to use it to determine if the request processing is taking too much time and is it going to result in the breach of SLA.
