Under the Offplan Section The following are needed Payment Milestones: There is a provision to add Payment Milestones in the admin section Offplan Projects: There will be two sections, Manage Projects and Outdated Projects 1. Estimated Completion: • Handover Year • Quarter: Dropdown to select Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 Quarter is denoting year is divided into 4 Quatres 4. Location: 5. Type of Property: 6. Size: 7. Price: 8. No of Bedrooms: 9. No of Bathrooms: 10. RERA Permit No. 11. Construction Status: 12. Title: 13. Description: 14. Images: 15. Floor Plan: Need to add one or two Images 16. Video: 17. Pdf Attachment: 18. Payment Plan: Yes or No If yes: Payment Milestone: this will be a drop down Installment Terms: this will be number of months Percentage: Provision to enter percentage Amount: Amount will be automatically calculated based on percentage If it is not updated more than one month, then it will be going to “pending section”. It will not be appeared in search section. Once its updated then it will again in the Manage Project Section. In the edit section there is a provision to mark as sold then it will be in the outdated section and in the view There will be somewhere its mentioned as Sold Listing Table Heading: Reference No: it should be RREB – OFF- Agentcode- Number. For eg: RREB-Off-AB01 Project Name: Developer Name: Location Type No of Rooms Size Price Up to Handover: Amount will be Calculated Automatically from the Payment Terms. Post-Handover: Amount Calculated based on the payment term entered.
