Joomla Expert needed --

i have a website that i will share in private ...what i need is I need to be able to do the following: When language is set to /us I need the checkout form to switch to country United States so I can set the billing and shipping – This is virtuemart with one page checkout combined. Also I need the prices for /us not only to reflect in US dollar like it is now but I need to be able to set the price per product in dollars. It now converts based on the currency exchange. I would be able to set the US dollar price in the VM backend I will share FTP and administrator with the qualified bidder !! Needs to be done within today
