The project is to build a complete joomla template from the Adobe Illustrator images which will be supplied. The homepage will require two rss feed blocks, changable by the adminsitrator. The middle of the page is the changeable block without any side menus. Please see the attached document for an example of the layout required. There are aditional pages to be created once the template has been completed.
