Jenkins with Ruby Configuration

I have my ruby on rails developed website connected to Jenkins, very recently I update the ruby version to 2.3.3 in my AWS AMI server using RVM. The problem what I am facing is somehow my jenkins is not pointing to 2.3.3 and using old config, and when I try to build its showing "error in bundle install". I am sure it's a problem of path or something which is not allowing jenkins to trigger, after doing R&D, we have decided to migrate the ci/cd to github actions. Need urgent help.
