WebRTC based IP Camera Playback Video Streaming using NVR's or DVR's, using ASP.Net MVC or HTML with JavaScript. -- 2

Need a web application to view the playback video streams of IP Camera stored video streams in NVR. Camera recording is stored to NVR and DVR's. The objective is to create a web client running in a WebRTC compatible browser (Chrome / Firefox / Opera) that would show several IP Cam live streams. User will select a camera and would like to access their NVR to view the old dated video stream stored in it. The web client should have an option to select the camera and date time of the history video stream that we wanted to see. Where I will have multiple camera's hosted on internet along with their NVR/DVR's. On http these playback/history videos from the respective camera's should be played from NVR's. So bottom line this may sound rather complex but chances are if it does sound complex to you then you probably are not the right candidate for this job. :)
