Machine learning expert needed for recommender system.

We have an urgent need for somebody to implement a recommender system for food recipes. We have been let down by a previous developer and are now looking for someone with serious commitment and knowledge of these systems. You will need to start the project immediately and be in constant communication with the developer. We have already exceeded the deadline for this due to our previous freelancer failing to complete the task so commitment and professionalism is of utmost importance. You will have a very good command of English and will be able to communicate with the developer on a technical level and not just act as a project manager for your own developers.
