Fix JS code

I have Chrome extension which parses data from some sites and adds it to submit form on another site, you can view demo of how it works in this video (sites shown in video are not mine) [login to view URL] I will explain now: when you right click on mouse in specific area on shown site, it parses all data about that car which is shown on that page and opens new window with your site and fill submit form with that data.I hope everything is clear. I have source code of this extension. which I attach to this project. I have basic knowledge of JS and have edited this extension so that it works on my site but with some problems: 1. It adds Car manufacturer to my sites submit form, but can't add car model. 2. and Also it can't upload parsed images via upload field. File which should be edited is to_myauto.js. Code responsible for first problem is from line 13 till line 25. and code responsible for second problem starts on line 141. Other fields work fine. My max budget is 70$ so if you plan to ask more simply don't bid. Please check first video and attached file and only after bid.
