Develop html website iD

We need to build a portfolio website. Tech and design: <[login to view URL]> We will prepare all content, graphics, and xml +content folder structure. Website must work and looks well in IE, opera, safari, chrome, firefox on PC and opera, chrome, safari and firefox on mac. Also website must work well and fully repeat design for ipads and iphones. We will work with a developer who agrees with our terms of conditions. Also for this project we would prefer to work with coders from Europe or any English speaking countries. Not from India, and not from Pakistan (for legal reasons) Tell us if you have an ipad or iphone for testing. You will need to communicate with us on Skype and use TeamViewer to test the website on ipad / iphone if you do not have one. Please show us sample links of well-designed websites that you have developed (preferably for mobile devices) Websites, where images or graphics scale in different ways to adjust to different screens or where other visual special effects are used in html. We believe good designers are looking for great programmers and and great programmers should only be working with good designers and should appreciate design. Please do not show us anything remotely resembling millions of terrible websites like this [[login to view URL]][1] Can you provide us with 2-3 references from your english speaking clients? We are looking for permanent collaboration for many future projects and not a hire for a single job.
