Count New Conversation start in Multiple facebook page report

We are Call Center company. And now we expand our service to handle facebook page for many customers. After we have done serving serveral facebook pages, we found out the problem that we cannot collect any information from our staff answer question quality in the chat box. So we would like anyone who can do Facebook API or any chat API who can develop (or have suggested SAAS) and return these data back to us 1. Total New Conversation Started (Categorised by New Subscriber or Old Customer return to Chat) ,(Per day, Per Week, Per Month) 2. Lead time until our call center reply back (By chat and Daily-Weekly-Monthly Report) 3. Count total chat Reply (Back & Forth) until chat End (By Chat and Daily-Weekly-Monthly Report) 4. Count total chat Reply (Back & Forth) until Chat End with "Purchased" 5. Count total Purchased click in each Page ** Important this project must be able to expand multiple pages as we are going to serve more in the future.
