Web Site Development

I am looking for someone who can design a web site for me in 1-3 days. I want to work directly with the coder so, if you are a project manager or farm the work out please do not bid. You must speak English and be readily available to discuss the project via email, telephone, VOIP and/or Messenger. The website itself is described below. - All content will be provided - A static website using only HTML/CSS/Javascript is sufficient - There will be approximately 10-15 pages - The designer will be responsible for choosing the following as they see fit: - Menu Layout - Content Layout (Spacing, Boldface, Headings, etc...) - Look and Feel - Colors Used - Any Particular Design Decisions - I DO NOT need a custom site, logo design or any type of branding so it is just fine to simply use an off the shelf template - My objective with this site is to display basic information with a professional look. The company this site will be developed for is an electronics repair shop so hopefully the general look and feel of the site will be appropriate. All project files will be provided and become my property. However, this company is growing rapidly and there will most likely be a position for the developer to maintain and further enhance the site in the near future.
