Embed a video flash player in a web page

This is an extremely simple project for a "qualified, experienced" person who knows Flash programming. However, please do not bid if you can not fulfill these basics requirements: 1) An excellent command of the U.S. English language. 2) The ability to communicate via email in this language. 3) A willingness to meet the project specifications based on our requests, not the easy way out because you have some readily available players and files. 4) You intend to read the entire project requirements and preview the available example web pages so you have a complete understanding of our request. 5) You can meet a specific timeline. 6) You understand video aspect ratios, SD vs HD, etc. Project: Embed a flash video player in a website page. We will provide: 1) The page (htm file) 12k 2) Three (3) flv videos 12-20mg total 3) Three (3) jpgs photos 20k each What we want in the player: 1) No autoplay unless a particular video has been selected by the user. No continous play from one video to the next. No repeat or looping of any or all. 2) A player that adjusts (automatically) to the video's size. Think Windows Media Player. Note: currently our videos our SD at 360x240. 3) One player on the main page. Not three (3) separate pages with a player accessed because someone clicked a hyperlink to a video. 4) Files: a player swf, a playlist xml, a config xml (if needed), java script (if needed). The playlist file must be called something like "vplaylist" as we already have a music file with this name. 5) Buttons: stop, play/pause, next, back, volume 6) A player that fits within the specific size of our webpage. See example web pages listed below. Average player size in order to play 360x240 videos probably should not exceed 420x280. We can extend the bottom of the page to accommodate thumbnails/descriptions if absolutely needed. 7) Thumbnails pictures not necessary. A list of videos is sufficient. The mouse hovering over existing pictures that when clicked triggers the video is also acceptable. 8) A fading button(s) after play has started is not important to us. 9) Bottom line: we are looking for as simple as possible so we can later edit the applicable files and change the videos. Website examples: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Videos now open in separate pages. This is what we don't want. But the sizing on the player/videos is what we are looking for.
