Scroll Bar and Search Image Added To Existing Website

I have 2 images I needed added to my website. There is a zip file that I am uploading that contains both of these images as well as a layout image of what we are trying to accomplish. The first image is the scrollbar and will be placed underneath the navigational links at the top of the page. You will need to use the image as the background, then use html and javascript to create a scrolling effect for the text that will fit inside the red box of the image. The font I want used is Eureka Sans for the text of the scroll. For now just add this is a test for the text. The second image is the search image and it goes on the right hand side of the page above the navigational links. The website currently uses a google site search so it must continue to work using google and they have special html code that needs to remain in there so that it continues to work properly.
