Urgent Joomla Site design required within 1 day

I need someone to create a joomla site for me The front end has to be similar to vista style design to suite our product web2.0, ajax and css, oh and flash header. i also require the admin and site to be rebranded with the site name. As well as this i need to ensure you do the joomla site so it has high security so isnt hacked. For the site i need it to be css, i also require a page where we can have build your own computer which will have a series of populated drop downs to build a spec of a computer. we will supply a excell spreadsheet for drop down vaules and how many drop downs there should be. i think its about 10 options. We should easily be able to update the drop downs with new items. the user should be able to print off the custom spec that they have created using the drop downs. We also require an area for contact us which should be like a directory where someone can search or select there regipn that they live in so it displays there nearest store. we need someone who can turn this around fast and who is experienceed in joomla. the person that wins and produces this project on time will be granted another joomla site that we have waiting for completeion. only bid if you can gaurantee to complete and provide designs within same day.
