520018 Website cloning HTML + CSS + JS

Hello, i need someone that can make a local copy of an existing website. The HTML + CSS that i need to copy is mounted on JOOMLA...so inside the code there are many links to unnecessary files placed by joomla.... i need that while you clone you remove all unnecessary scripts and make the final HTML + CSS very light to load ! Only essential files ( JS + CSS + HTML ) must remain in place. The final result must be a perfect copy of the esxisting website that can be opened locally on the local PC. The files must be well organized in folders: CSS for file css JS for javascript IMAGES for images all the html in the main root folder. ------------------------------- I need it done fast and well.
