Some minor code advice -- 2

A on-line enrolment panel needs to be enabled to add more entries. Basically I would need you to go through the code and let me know minor changes that may be done in the code in the chrome developer tools/ any other console. When one clicks a add entry button, a popup says that no more entries allowed. The task is average and should take hardly half an hour to complete. Also earlier the already fed in entries used to have an option of edit button but now it seems to be hidden. I would also want you to help me a way out to make few minor changes in few already fed in entries. login credentials will be provided and the task needs to be completed today itself. Please note I don't have any server side access. Only a login panel that logs in to my account is available.
