Hi,
in CSS I can take special object / embed tags and format them like this:
(COOOOOOOOOOOOOODE)
object[classid$=":D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000"],
object[codebase*="[login to view URL]"],
object[type="application/x-shockwave-flash"],
embed[type="application/x-shockwave-flash"],
embed[src$=".swf"]:before
{
border: 10px solid red;
...
}
(/COOOOOOOOOOOOOODE)
This is nice but I need it a step further and built with JS. I need simmilar thing built into a .js file that I can add in my web based browser. Your script will be applied to all pages that a user surfs to.
Your script must detect Flash object/embeds and then REPLACE each and every flash embed in a page with a div that contains an image (centered into the previous flash object / embed area).
You must also add an href to that image with the url of the SWF file that we have replaced!
This should work for every page and no matter how many flash embeds are in one page. you must detect flash with my conditions from the above css to make sure that each flash is really replaced.
I need that fast and this may be revised further in the next steps and please build me some online demo before payment.
