fix running js scripts locally on andriod device

budget = $30 We require to run a website via a web browser without a net connection on an andriod tablet. we have uploaded the site to the device however none of the js scripts are running meaning the full thing is not working as it is html5/js site. we need someone with experience of this issue to fix this for us tonight - simple task for someone who knows what they are doing. basically we need either the correct path to apply to the html to call the js or we need a device based workaround please note there are 5 directories all with seperate sites with seperate js files which all need to be able to run. budget = $30
