Web pages grab and parse into db (MsAccess)

I need to programmatically save content of certain web pages into db. On first roundtrip will be grabber/parsed all infos, as described in Excel file attached, and save each info in MsAccess tables, as described; any other time the program will be launched, the app will do 2 things: 1. check for IDs present online (inside single url) and update related informations resident in db tables; 2. add eventaully new records
