Android Application - Push Current GPS location to Web API and settings page. Within 1 Day Start ASAP

Need an android application which has the following: Page for settings: API Key, EmployeeID, Latitude, Longitude, and maybe a few more fileds Every Specified time period i need this to push update via 3G and Wifi Connection to the API Have Defined Start and Stop Hours API has been developed and tested. Can give source code for the API in C#. Basically require this project ASAP like within one day. Im sure there are a lot of you out there that already have this sort of code, so please only bid if you are able to deliver in 1 day. I have had issues with getting this project done and it is now 2 weeks over due. if more information is required please contact me ASAP. I am looking to award within 6-8 hours time.
