Custom T-shirt builder

Hi. My wife and I have a large specilty advertising promo company. We are now building a special website to sell custom screen printed t-shirts online. I am looking for someone to make and build a custom program for our site that would allow people to design a T-shirt online. I would like them to be able to do these selections... 1.) pick a product (T-shirt, sweatshirt or jacket) 2.) Change the color of the item if necessary 3.) Pick a font size and color and move it around on the item 4.) upload a logo to their item 5.) Be able to add a logo or font to the front and back or sleeves 6.) have a check out order area 7.)
