Need Team of Web Designer

Hi all! I am a website and domain reseller. I am looking for an experienced and talented web designer. It can be a single person, a team, or a company. The person must be able to create any type of website and formats especially flash, mapping, video and exceptional art work. My client some times asked me for a clone website , therefore I need someone that will be able to handle that type of project. The majority of my clients are Realtors, that is why I need quality work and the completed projects must be delivered on time. I want to portray myself as a full service website provider so if you have other talents or services you want to offer please let me know so I may promote it. I also have other projects that I’m interested in which are as follows: 1. Turn key website 2. Brochures and flyers 3. Paid sign up 4. Traffic builder and search engine submission 5. Graphic design 6. Logo design 7. Banner design 8. Full Real Estate website 9. Any thing else that its beneficial If you have a complete system, program or software I want to hear about it. Prices must be reasonable and competitive. I need to compete with other local Real Estate developer. I want to own full script rights to every project. Payment will be made 1/4 to start the project and the remainder upon the completed project(no escrow). Please advise how we can work a system so we can both profit from it.
