We are in search of a secretary to facilitate the daily operations of the company our offshore developments. ※Company profile [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Main duties ①Provide secretarial support to our CEO’s daily activities ②Help with recruitment of new staff through recruitment website etc. ③Setting up of meetings. ④Translation of documents when necessary ■Remuneration $500 ~ $1000/month ■Requirements. - Japanese proficiency of N1 level and above. - Vietnamese speaking (business level and above) - English speaking (business level and above) - Persons with experience for managing IT development projects. - Our office hours are from 10:00～18:00 Japan time thus, we welcome candidate who are able to work within this time period. - Persons with IT experience are welcome to apply. - Persons living in Hanoi or Tokyo are welcome to apply. ■Application method: Please send us your CV or a brief overview of your relevant work experience.
